Welcome to the SIU School of Agricultural Sciences family. We are glad you are here and we want to help you succeed.
Our academic advisors are happy to assist you in selecting the courses you need for your major. Our nationally recognized faculty are at the forefront with innovative, creative research and outreach programs and you can be as well, even as a student.
Spread among some 2,000 acres are numerous research and education laboratories located filled with learning opportunities. You can be part of the work that creates knowledge that improves economies and improves the quality of life for people in the area and around the world.
Our faculty and staff teach, mentor and help our Salukis however possible to provide you with the academic experience that will help you reach your educational and career goals. We also have wonderful alumni and industry partners helping assure that everything we do prepares you for success.
We encourage you to check out the many scholarship opportunities available through our college and at the University level. The eligibility criteria vary so be sure to look at all of the available scholarships and apply before the deadlines.
